From Collages

MONDAY, JANUARY 31
IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER

1 Citi Field to host All-Star Game in 2013
Supreme Leon: To be honest I had to look up who played at Citi Field...it's not baseball season yet.
2  MLK III reportedly seeks to buy share of Mets
SL: It's fitting with the legacy of Jackie Robinson essentially transferring to the Mets
3  Seven rows of benches collapse during N.M. win
SL: Well it is called "The Pit". BIG win though for the Lobos over Fredette and the Mormons.
4  St. John's: Another step in taking back NYC
SL: Speaking of BIG wins...who saw this coming?! I heard their recruiting is up but...!?
5  Titans still hoping to deal Vince Young
SL: So long Fischer, So long Vinsanity...Hello (Again) Kerry Collins aka The New Brett Favre
6  Pacers fire O'Brien, name Vogel as interim
SL: This has to be one of the most boring sports franchises ever since Reggie Miller's retirement.
7  Source: Eagles to tag Vick, mull Kolb offer
SL: They are a about a year behind on this move but should still make some nice bank on Kolb.
8  Turnovers key as NFC clubs AFC in Pro Bowl
 SL: 42-0 @ half...55-41 final...Defensive MVP (DeAngelo Hall) = Best PB Rating Since 2000
9  Ex-Florida coach Meyer joining ESPN as analys
SL: Wow. I totally didn't see this coming. Bet he calls as many Broncos games as possible.
10 Dirk Nowitzki shared his thinking on what he might do in the event the NBA is not playing in 2011-12, saying, "Rather than do nothing at all for a year, I would come to Germany [to play]."
SL: Interesting. Although it would be just during a lockout, it does make one wonder about the lack of hesitancy to return.
